I choose this hotel to make an event, after the downpayment , COVID restrictions begun and we had to reschedule. They said sure, it's ok. Later they told us they payment we made was lost, we tried even to use it for some nights and they told us they weren't getting our money back. They have a terrible management that constantly get change and no one is responsable for anything. It's an abuse for foreigners!! I'm sure I'm not the only one scammed. Beware I'm sure as they treat us they treat the people that stays here.

Un sitio tranquilo y muy agradable, espléndidos jardìnes, habitaciones muy confortables y un servicio muy atento por parte del personal! Agradecemos a todos, el que hayan hecho de nuestra visita algo extraordinario! Nos encantó la comida casera y con muy buena sazón!

Muy mal servicio, llegamos y nadie nos recibió, nos vio perdidos un señor que al parecer era el jardinero y muy amable( el unico) nos llevó a recepción donde las personas que nos atendieron mal encaradas, el resto del personal usaban tipo uniforme que te indicaban que eran parte del equipo de trabajo pero ellas de civiles daban mala impresion, adicional de su mala actitud. En el desayuno tuvimos que pararnos para que alguien nos atendiera y cuando llegó nuestra mesera también mal encarada, la verdad el servicio muy malo. La alberca estaba fría y sucia imposible de meterse Lo peor es que nos quedamos sin agua caliente para bañarnos, nos pidieron esperar 30 minutos en lo que calentaba, pero paso 1 hora y nuestro bebe ya estaba llorando mucho por lo que no pudimos esperar más, muy mala imagen que te pidan esperarte a que caliente tu agua y puedas bañarte. Cero recomiendo este hotel y obviamente no regreso

Mi novio y yo decidimos casarnos en casa bugambilia ya que ambos somos de fuera y tienen un paquete muy completo, no tuvimos que preocuparnos por casi nada porque el paquete incluía todo lo necesario La comida y el servicio fueron excelentes muy bien sazón. Las vistas son muy lindas
