Esperava mais por conta de toda fama do hotel, além da comparação a outros hotéis teoricamente de padrão equivalente.
Os funcionários são incríveis e muito atenciosos!!
Manutenção do hotel deixa a desejar, quarto com paredes rachadas, vaso sanitário solto, sujeira embaixo da cama, tomada solta, acústica dos quartos péssima. São 2 Jacuzzi externas, uma estava fria e a outra com a bomba de hidro danificada. Outras instalações precárias e com falta de zelo (capela, por exemplo).
Refeições Ok, mas poderiam melhorar a qualidade de alguns ítens. Ex.: doce de leite (estava aguado)

Muito boa
Olha, foi muito boa, porém os preços das bebidas estão bem salgados. A distância dos quartos para os pontos de interesses são distantes e as músicas ao vivo ficam no Castelo que é um ponto pouco acessível. Deveria acontecer na área perto da piscina ou nos bares mais próximos do restaurante Lugano. Inclusive essas áreas o clima é de tristeza. Rsrs
