Vital Thermal Hotel & Spa

We stayed 1 night in Thermo Vital in January. The cleanliness of the hotel is unbelievably clean. The breakfast is open buffet and very tasty. A lady brings dinner to your table right down to your dessert, and it's delicious. But the most missing aspect is that dinner is given very little, you don't get full, I think they make a limited number of meals for those who make dinner reservations. I think eating out is very unreasonable. The pool could be a little cleaner. The pool is warm and clean until 12 in the morning, but after 12 it is mixed and the water is dirty and cold. They could be a little more involved in the spa section. Other than that, it's a very quiet hotel.

The hotel is new and stylish, its quality is evident as soon as you enter the lobby. From the receptionist lady to all the employees in the restaurant and other areas, they are really friendly and enjoy their jobs. Since we were transferring from another hotel in Yalova, I called the hotel at 11 in the morning and asked if we could check in. Thank you, they told us that our room was ready, we could enter whenever we wanted, and when we entered the room, I saw that they took into account the baby bed note I wrote during the reservation. Our room was large, clean and spacious. The bathroom (except the shower cabin glass) was cleaned. Bed linen and towels were clean. The indoor pool, family bathrooms and Turkish bath were nice and sufficient. Even though dinner was a set menu, it was diverse, delicious and satisfying. The young friend who took care of the service and the lady who cooked the food were very attentive. Breakfast was an open buffet, the products were diverse, fresh and of high quality. Homemade pastries were delicious. We felt very comfortable with our 1.5 year old baby, it is a perfect family hotel. From now on, when we come to Yalova for a spa holiday, Thermo Vital is the only hotel we will choose, thank you.

We stayed with my wife. We can say that it is a complete family hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. The staff is good and friendly. The hotel needs some renovation. Apart from that, it is a place to stay in Gökçedere Thermal. I definitely recommend it. Fahrettin &Münevver
