GOOD PRICE/service RATIO. It is a 3 star, let's not ask for 5. A lot of complaining clientele (there is a social climate that is very critical of everything, sponsored by the media). Although maintenance needs to be improved (my wife complained about the cleanliness). The food is reasonably priced and sufficient but lacks care/presentation (pasta without cheese?).

Very good location. Bad maintenance of the rooms, in most of them there were cockroaches and the water did not work, having to change rooms three times, the pool is on the 4th floor and they do not fill it until just 12 noon. It is uncovered therefore the water is cools fast. We were a group with half board, the meals "except for one" were bad, I do not recommend it nor would I return to this hotel

The photos do not match the place. Everything is in very bad condition. The elevator only worked 1 to the 5th floor. There was a lot of rotten smell coming out of the bathrooms. You couldn't turn on the shower because the smell permeated the entire room. Everything full of humidity and low quality. It is a 1 star hotel.
