The reception staff are friendly and happy to assist. However, the property is dated and frequented by workmen. Breakfast an average affair at best. The property is not in central Terneuzen. I stayed in a more expensive room, but this was rather average. Mostly clean, but not brimming with confidence. A/C was patchy and noisy. Plenty of parking around the hotel. For what you get, you wind up paying a lot, but this is one of four hotels in Terneuzen, so there are not that many options. I will try a different one if I return.

I have stayed over a month in this hotel. The stuff is extremely helpful and nice, I am very thankful for that. On the other hand the walls are very thin so I could oft not get a good night sleep. My bed was really uncomfortable, hygenie is very questionnable for my taste. I could not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

Room and bathroom Immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Just right! Breakfast included lovely fresh breads, bacon and eggs, pastries and cold meats. Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

The outside of hotel is a little strange you would think it was private apartments. But parking is free and plentiful. The lady on reception was a lovely blond lady who was very helpful and made you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and adequate.

Simpele kamer, douche te klein, gevaarlijk met de heet water kraan. Je verbrand levend als je je omdraait in de douche je rug duwt de kraan op heet water. Na 2 minuten wordt het douchewater overigens weer koud. Het beddengoed is versleten en de matras ligt door.

Na een vermoeiende en emotionele dag wilden wij op tijd naar bed gaan. Maar bij het installeren ontdekten wij dat er van de 2 bedden er eentje beslapen leek dan wel zeer slecht opgemaakt. Bij de receptie hiervan melding gedaan en kregen wij een andere kamer. Groot was onze verbazing dat ook hiervan de bedden beslapen leken. Weer een andere kamer gekregen en die was wel o.k. Maar dan ben je een uur verder en daar zaten wij helemaal niet op te wachten. Het is een hotel waar veel Oost-Europese gastarbeiders wonen c.q. verblijven. De hygiëne op de kamers laat ook te wensen over, balkon, ramen en vensterbanken zijn zelfs smerig te noemen. Prijs/kwaliteit staat niet in verhouding, voor die prijs zijn er betere hotels in de omstreek. Wij zullen er zeker geen t****e keer boeken.

Ik ben meerdere malen in dit hotel geweest voor werk. Er valt mij toch wel iets op wat mij zorgen maakt. In het restaurant, oudere, kleine dame, roept en tiert en is uitermate(!) onvriendelijk tegen gasten en personeel. Bij nog maar een minimalistische vraag wordt gelijk bot en kil gereageerd. Zo iemand wil je niet in je restaurant hebben staan lijkt mij! Hier moet iets mee gedaan worden. Vanuit de keuken komt een erg onverzorgde man in een slobber broek en loopt in zijn neus te graaien. Dat moet dan een kok voorstellen! Muziek staat heel hard en je hoort geroep en gezang(geschreeuw) vanuit de keuken. Rustig dineren zit er niet in. Het jongere personeel achter de bar is uiterst vriendelijk en respectvol naar gasten, daar kan de oudere dame nog wel iets van leren!!!

Erg primitief hotel, geen airco, geen koffie in de kamer. Het “hotel” heeft een saaie uitstraling en ligt ver uit de buurt van centrum en bezienswaardigheden. Om even bij te komen na een lange autorit is dit niet de plek waar je even bij kunt tanken.
