Location : located in good area ( Not so far from the city where you can find many foods and convenience stores).
Services : the stuffs were super nice and help you if you need anything.
Food : breakfast was excellent! With different varieties of foods, you can try many Thai dishes and also western.
We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately it was pricey and the taste was not worth the price. But! The service was really nice!
Amenities:
The swimming pool was wide and both adults and kids can enjoy.
There was a beach where you can watch sunset and do many morning activities the hotel provided.
They also have gym, kids playground, and many activities including canoeing. Didn’t really get bored even though it was raining all day.
Very good place to stay with your family or friends. Very kids friendly and I think you will enjoy Khao Lak staying here.

The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was not very diverse, and the taste of the food was not great. The staff service was also lacking. However, other aspects of the hotel were very good, with a great swimming pool and many activities to enjoy. Overall, I was not very impressed and felt it wasn't worth the value.

If you want to relax, away from busy world, then this is the perfect place. Good amenities. Breakfast was scrumptious. It is quite busy on weekends. The only downside was when we checked in, we found a lot of hair strands and some newly cut nails on the floor. Just a small issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stay for 2 night in This hotel. Love the pool suite room so much- very spacious and modern, well-designed/decoration. Some dusty are were found at the corner of the bed but the bedsheets was clean.very helpful staffs from reception to restaurant. Having dinner for 2 night at the restaurant- taste quite good for Thai foods. Star pool was amazing.
