Seven Eleven Hotels and Club

Hello! We’d planned our family functions with our 150-200 guests yesterday, and let me tell you it’s very difficult for me to find a correct adjectives for the grand hospitality we and our guests received! It was truly a blend of Luxury, Indulgent, Opulent. The service/hospitality was really exceptional and was well managed & lead by Mr Amit and his team! I hereby definitely would like to Thank Mr Amit and his well trained team for being on thr toes throughout the function till 1am. While it may be possible to replicate the hotel/club but i feel it is near impossible to replicate the professional dedicated service & hospitality, which is 7/11 famous for! Last year, i had arranged Cardiac Arrest/CPR workshop for all 7/11 staffs, ***** with GM, HR staffs etc since then im truly impressed & influenced with 7/11’s each segment! I wish all the very best to all the dedicated-professional staffs of 7/11 for bright future..you people are the true pillars of this beautiful and unparalleled club! Thanks and Love! We had a annual meet here for the group of 230+ people with 2 night stay. Trust me I had never met such friendly, helpful staff before. I would like to mention names of Mr Amit ,Mr Sanket, Mr Raghav and few girls whose name I don't remember.All these people were so very helpful..we were asking things and the we were getting those in no time. Thank you very much guys for being a lovely host.. The food was awesome.Though pure veg..but the buffet spread was outstanding.Be it breakfast,lunch,hi tea or dinner. Super tasty food..Food service was outstanding too. I want to mention the improvement areas where you lack a bit. Room service (cleaning part) was a bit mess but other than that..it was very very pleasant experience. We would definitely like to do many such events with Seven Eleven Club..

I suddenly decided with my sisters that we should celebrate Mothers Day in Seven eleven club n Captain Nilesh Sharma and Staff Janavi Rangari waiting over us made our experience super n enjoyable.Captain Nilesh isalways prompt n quick n very nice Janavi was very nice

We had a conference of 2 days. The food is too good. Avil Rodrigues, The Food Manager is excellent. He ensured he and his Staff Amit verma FNB executive Shailendra, Chetan, Raghav,Sangam,Ankit,Chandan, Ansh Bartender served us very well. All above staff were too good in their job. Very prompt services.

Food and service were excellent Thanks a lot to Ms Janvi for taking care of all of us. Thanks to her for being very friendly to our daughter. Was very nice experience.
