I book sweet room but when I reached hotel they have no room
day 1 I stay in deluxe room but I pay already sweet room and they don't give me difference

Door knocked in middle of night for no reason. Again someone form hotel staff opened my room with master key for no reason. Not sure about safety in this hotel.

I was regular customer of this hotel but I will not recommended it to anyone else.Ols staff was good but the staff is very rude.I got 20 min late for check out and I got a call from the receiption and they were very rude.The tone and the way she told me leave is pathetic.

3. Issue with plumbing either i am getting hot water in all the taps or cold water in all taps. Good point is they cleaned up my car.
