Very nice a grand hotel. Amazing local cuisine option for the buffet and great location

good.

There are not many hotel options in Thanh Hoa. The room is OK, but the bedsheets are dirty, as shown in the picture. I asked for a change! The breakfast is also OK. There is a Lotte Mart next to it, but there are no good restaurants inside. The hotel front desk service level is average, not up to the 5-star standard. I often can't see people. It turns out that I sit on the other side.

The location is good, close to large supermarkets, cost-effective, and about 5 minutes' drive from the city. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, it is a first-tier hotel in Thanh Hoa Province, and the service staff are friendly.

The second visit to Thanh Hoa, I chose the second choice because there were no rooms at the place I wanted to go to, but it exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff, the breakfast, everything was satisfactory. It is a hotel I want to visit again. I highly recommend it.

The hotel room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious food. The living environment is good. I will stay here again next time.

Ok, near the center

The room is spacious and clean. Check-in is fast, but the English and Chinese at the front desk need to be improved. It is convenient to go out to the supermarket for eating, drinking and shopping. The hotel facilities are complete. The lobby bar is beautiful, with rich drinks and coffee. The hotel breakfast is rich.

The hotel is good and cost-effective

A bad hotel. After checking out, all the tea rooms were gone. While sitting in the lobby waiting for the car, the receptionist asked for 50,000 VND for dirty towels, only took cash, no receipt. In a hurry, no argument.

The room is very dry and quiet, not noisy and does not affect your rest. The facilities are relatively new and there are many dishes to choose from for breakfast. The hotel price is also very fair.
