A beautiful hotel! It was just a shame about the weather on the day of my stay, as it was very windy and rough. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance.

This hotel isn't ideal if you're on a tight schedule or looking for a budget-friendly option, but it's absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. You have the choice of self or valet parking. The sunset at Hapuna Beach is breathtaking, with the entire coastline visible. The hotel offers a good range of restaurants, from affordable to high-end, which is quite reasonable.

The Beach is amazing and the ocean views excellent!

Lots of mosquitoes and the hotel facilities are quite old. The overall experience was okay, but there were countless small bugs in the room.

I can recommend this hotel. There are a lot of extra fees that you have to pay for example 37$ per day for a resort fee and 35$ per day if you want to park your car. So for 4 nights we ended up paying almost 400 dollars at the check out only for fees and taxes. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great right by a beautiful beach where you can rent snorkeling gear (for free) and swim with fish and turtles! It also offers a lot of complementary activities and a good (although not amazing) breakfast buffet. All in all we felt very relaxed there and would come back.

This is my second stay at this hotel, the first being during the Chinese New Year in 2024. I'll skip the pleasantries and get straight to it: this time was quite disappointing. I booked a sea-view twin room for 4 nights, and at several thousand yuan a night, it wasn't cheap. However, the shower was uncomfortable every evening. There was no hot water at all, and I had to let the cold water run for at least ten minutes before it slowly started to warm up. Plus, the water pressure was very low, which was really unpleasant. I couldn't wait to check out before leaving this review. I hope my feedback is helpful to others.

Great hotel! Wonderful beach, pool and gym amenities. Restaurants and on property services were great and not overpriced.

Golf course was closed an we were not informed beforehand

It was a wonderful place where my family and I could enjoy a comfortable trip. I'd like to stay longer next time if given the chance. It seems like it would be a good idea to prepare in advance for the lack of amenities around the hotel.

This is my second visit to Hapuna. This place is the best. I came here for my honeymoon after the conference, and it maintains the same unchanging appearance as before while providing the best service.

The room was quiet and bright. The reception department prepared small gifts with great care. I also saw a kitten outside the window. When I opened the window, there was a private space for the customers, which was directly connected to the swimming pool.

The beach is nearby and you can borrow towels for the pool. The room cleaning is also satisfactory.

I visited this place during the honeymoon and couldn't forget the perfection, so I visited it again It's a place where I want to visit every year, with the condition/view/facilities/service+the pretty night sky Hapuna Beach is the best beach in Hawaii👍 Isn't it the #1 place to stay in the Big Island?

The pool facilities and view were great. It was especially nice that there was a golf course inside the resort and everything could be done inside. I would visit again.
