The hotel is beautiful overall. The lobby is elegantly minimalist, yet grand, and truly artistic. It's a great spot for art lovers to take photos, and I'm sure it won't disappoint. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Having breakfast on the second floor, the view looking down into the ground floor is absolutely stunning – I truly loved it! I'll definitely be back.

The hotel room was immaculately clean and tidy, with premium quality toiletries. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The hotel's breakfast also left a lasting impression on me; it offered an extensive variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients and exquisite preparation, and the taste was absolutely delicious. They also offered lunch and dinner, prepared fresh upon order, which were incredibly fresh and tasty. Both the flavor and presentation of the dishes were exceptional, making for a truly delightful gastronomic experience. The hotel also boasts comprehensive entertainment facilities, including a gym with state-of-the-art equipment. During my leisure time, I could fully unwind and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from its superb facilities to its impeccable service. Here, I experienced truly attentive care and an ultimate level of comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone; I'm confident you'll fall in love with it, just as I did!

Choosing Muliangzhuang Hotel in Huadu for this vacation was absolutely the right decision – it definitely deserves five stars!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the strong Southeast Asian vibe instantly caught my eye. The lobby was surrounded by lush greenery, with stone paths underfoot and bamboo woven lamps overhead. It felt just like being on an overseas holiday, instantly putting me at ease. During check-in, the staff were warm and professional. They quickly got everything sorted for me and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and activities. My appreciation for the hotel instantly shot up.

My lake view room was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the picturesque lake and mountains outside, like a natural painting. The huge, soft bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom design was also very thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry area, and an extra-large bathtub. After a tiring day, a soak in the tub melted all my fatigue away.

The hotel's amenities were also very extensive. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and beautifully designed, with sun loungers and parasols nearby. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe and swim there. The Muliang Qingquan Hot Spring is also a must-visit, offering several unique hot spring pools. After a soak, my skin felt noticeably better. For families with children, the outdoor kids' play area and indoor kids' club are a paradise. With a wide variety of play facilities, children can have endless fun.

The dining experience was also excellent. The buffet breakfast at Sui Shi Fang Western Restaurant offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese hot congee and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and bacon. Everything tasted great, setting me up for an energetic day. The Cantonese cuisine at Yang Chinese Restaurant was truly exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooking brought out wonderful flavors, making every dish unforgettable.

There are also many interesting places to visit around the hotel. European Town and Jiulong Lake Scenic Area are just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for sightseeing and photo opportunities. This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

Because I was on a business trip nearby, I booked this hotel again. The hotel has a warm atmosphere and luxurious decoration style. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. Fortunately, there is not much traffic nearby and it is quiet, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. There is also a laundry room and gym on the 4th floor of the hotel. The facilities and equipment are also very new. It is really convenient for me as a fitness lover! You can also go for a walk when you get up in the morning. There is an artificial lake island near the hotel where you can take a walk. The air here is also very good. After your walk, you can go to the restaurant on the first floor for breakfast! ! Relatively speaking, there are not many breakfast varieties. I told the hotel staff what I wanted to eat for breakfast, and I saw what I wanted to eat the next day, which satisfied my breakfast taste. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to take a taxi, and has a beautiful surrounding environment. It is the first choice for business travel. It is particularly worth mentioning that the hotel staff are very friendly and always smile, making people feel like home. Looking forward to coming here again on my next business trip!

The service has seen a significant upgrade! Before check-in, customer service representative Xiao Tan proactively arranged a satisfactory room for me. It's clear that after a year, Kaixin International Hotel has truly launched a dedicated customer service. It's impressive for a five-star hotel to offer such personalized attention. The breakfast has also vastly improved in quality compared to three years ago; the Cantonese-style Pig's Trotter Vinegar is definitely worth trying. When you're feeling weary, this five-star hotel is a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Phoenix Lake Park is just downstairs, and within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Donghu (East Lake) in Knowledge City and Jingxia Village – all great spots to explore with kids. Furthermore, Yue Long Restaurant on the second floor serves excellent dim sum and Chinese lunch.

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

Every hotel staff is very enthusiastic, making people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. The service is really nothing to say. Recommend. Recommend. I haven't discovered this treasure platform before. I feel like I lost 100 million. I will definitely book online first in the future. It's awesome.

I have booked it for my friends many times. The location is convenient, the room facilities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, the service staff is friendly and timely, the scenery outside the window is open, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

It has been a great trip!  Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

The experience is very good, it is very convenient to have a washing machine, and the things are also very complete, including a washing machine, a dryer and a hanging iron! Because I always forget to bring my room card, Miss Haya at the front desk patiently helped me open the door several times. Their room card is also very unique!

Frontier Medical Center, the nearby area has not been completed, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and there is basically no food nearby.

The hotel environment is still OK, it is newly built, and it is still very clean and bright in all aspects.

Facilities and Equipment
1. The hotel does not have its own gym, but according to the Ctrip introduction, it is actually the gym in the park, and it was not available when I stayed there. This is definitely false advertising;
2. The laundry room is very simple, with a washing machine, no dryer, and no disinfectant;
3. The water temperature is extremely unstable, either very hot or cold, and it is very troublesome to adjust;
4. The light switch does not have a mark on which light it corresponds to. It is repaired together in a row, and it is pressed randomly. The picture shows the one next to the bed, and the row at the door is even more scary, there are too many;
5. The switch key is damaged.

Service
Some service staff are not very patient.

During the summer holidays, we brought our child to Dayi for a refreshing getaway. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. For just a few hundred yuan, staying in a hotel with a hot spring bath was fantastic value for money! The hotel environment was lovely, and my child had a blast playing in the water. The hotel grounds were beautifully designed, and the mountain views were stunning. Breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. There are many attractions nearby, and dining was convenient, all within walking distance. It was a perfect one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making our family trip truly worry-free and enjoyable! We plan to return in winter!

The hotel has an elegant environment, and Mr. Tang from the front office provides considerate and thoughtful service! The room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are modern and exquisite, and the surrounding scenery is pleasant. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an excellent choice. I will come again next time. The breakfast tastes very good and has a rich variety. I highly recommend it.
