Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept.

This hotel has a great location in the Rocks with easy access to public transport and views of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

I didn’t enjoy anything within the walls of this hotel . The only good thing is the location to the harbour . The staff were very rude and unfriendly . They were not welcoming at all made us feel unwelcome from the moment I approached the desk to the time of check out the next day . I paid for the buffet breakfast for four people and I suggest to save ur money and go down the road and eat at a cafe on circular quay . That is u less u enjoy microwaved eggs bacon mushrooms and baked beans honestly felt like we ate rubber and my son actually was unwell all that afternoon !! Rooms look nothing like the picture and my view was of a brick wall ! I understand we were there on vivid opening night and the noise was to be expected but these rooms are not at all sound proof either for the price of $349 for one night I would never let myself be deceived like this again . And to top off my trip I had a pair of quay sunnies I had just purchased from the airport along with other items that had mysteriously gone missing when we knew 1000% it was left next to the window but housekeeping said they didn’t find a thing when I returned as they were in my departed room cleaning it . They had been taking straight out of my suit case the night before we were out to enjoy vivid grand opening .. very disappointing.. but the view from the rooftop pool n spa deck was incredible I do have to say !

Best Hotel in Sydney Greta Service Nicely appointed rooms with every amenity friendly efficient staff small rooftop pool with great views of Opera House and Harbour nice lounge Bar with Happy Hour prefect the best location in Sydney Highly recommended
