Hotel was very good location very near circular quay and bus and trams stops only downfall bedrooms needs modernised and doing up rooms are like 1980 only downfall everything cannot complain.

This hotel has many good things about it and one not great thing. It is in a great location (100 meters from Circular Quay, and right in the Rocks) I walked to Darling Harbour from the hotel as well. The bed and comforter were extremely comfortable. The one bad thing is the noise insulation. It's an older hotel so that may be expected. When an adjacent room closed their door it was loud enough to wake me up. Also, There is a bar across the street that played music until midnight on Wed and 2am on Thur. Oddly the bar was closed on Friday (yay!)

We stayed at Sydney Harbour Hotel during the Vivid season with my partner and the kids, and overall it was a lovely experience.
Even though it was one of the busiest times of the year, the staff were warm, helpful, and clearly doing their best despite being a bit short-staffed — we truly appreciated their effort.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t have a harbour view, the location itself was fantastic for exploring the city and enjoying the Vivid lights.
Would love to come back again during a quieter season. Thanks to the team for making our stay enjoyable!

Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept.
