5 star gem in the city. We had air condition problem but they changed the room in 5 minutes. All staff is very helpfull. Very good and tasty breakfast. Close to walk everywhere, right in the center of all attractions

Not a five star hotel…
City hotel, noisy because of the environment and poor sound isolation.
There was a crack on the sink, and also the broken Coffee machine.

A really great small hotel with comfortable rooms and a central location close to the promenade and shopping and entertainment centers...
professional and courteous staff at reception and in the dining room, especially Antony, who was happy to help with any request.
