The location was good. It’s located in the central part of the city. The restaurant food was also good. The rooms can do with some renovation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We requested for airport pickup. But there was a mixup and the driver arrived late.

1) This is proper business hotel 2) No iron in room 3) No bathroom slippers are given - out of stock 4) Rooms are good, bathroom is good 5) Breakfast - good, with ample options, but service is worst - need to wait for dosa to 20 min, later got to know its not yet prepared.

We booked this hotel for three nights and its one of the best hotel I stayed recently . Rooms are luxurious with all quality toiletries . The staffs are all humble, polite and always welcome us with a genuine smile. We had only break fast but the food was delicious with varieties . But they can improve the quality of desserts and bread items in break fast buffet. Its just a feed back rest everything was awesome. Special thanks to FO team , ***ger Shinoj , EX Chef , waitress at restaurant who assisted us during BF( Don't know her name ) and all members at CR TVM. Keep up the good work and we shall visit this property again.

Bitten terribly by bedbugs on two consecutive sleepless nights, showed bedbugs to the Reception staff Vishnu (and Ram), changed room at 01:38am! Bedbugs were found all over the room in the middle of the night - behind the headboard, in the duvet, below the mattress, near the fire sprinkler, in the light crevices. Asked for co****sation from the hotel authorities for this unacceptable discomfort, but was refused. We were scared for our soft luggage and shoulder bags as bedbugs could get into its folds and reach our homes! I have clicked pics which I'm sharing here for the benefit of future travellers. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The service levels are superb. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the food and the breakfast buffet had huge options. The location is very close to the railway station. It's value for money. Much better for all teams compared to some of the nearby hotels. Love to stay here again.

Have visited the hotel bar which is called as infinity bar , the ambience is pretty ok, but the pricing of food for the quantity at this place is pretty bad, it sucks , infact i was staying at a Hotel called Apollo Dimora , which is a premium hotel by all means , the starter portion their is pretty good , surprisingly this hotel cannot be compared with that , the bar ***ager Sharath was very casual in his approach and not even guest friendly and is as usual give an explanation ,probably this people around here won't check all this , just be cautious before the food order is placed at the bar and check for the portion size , this people do like this with out checking what the comp set hotels are giving and definitely food is not value for money

This is one of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed .The ambience is very good and rooms are very clean and elegant. The restaurant is excellent and the food is beyond the mark. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes which is mouth watering. The reception area and lobby is very pleasant and provide undoubtedly a luxury atmosphere. The reception staffs are very helpful and cooperative , their service is impeccable and outstanding .They will help at any time of the hour. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an excellent and value for money stay in Trivandrum.
