Feedback: Poor service during layovers. In twin-sharing rooms, basic amenities like towels and toiletries are always provided for just one person, despite repeated complaints. Room service is slow, food is delivered cold, and specific requests (like ginger in tea) are ignored even after multiple reminders. Overall, disappointing hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Hycinth and Ms Winona looked after us very well.. she is an asset to the company . The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located close to the major temples and that is advantage . The staff are courteous and eager to please

Good experience. Rizwana and Srikutty were very friendly. Both are very supportive. And breakfast is too good. It's been a long time since I've booked a hotel like this. The vibe I felt here was just as good as I thought it would be.I want to come again next time.

Honestly, this was one of the best stays and service I've had in a while. I've stayed at some pretty fancy places, but Hyacinth really impressed me. They've set the bar high! What stood out? 1. Got there early and the front desk was so welcoming and made check-in super easy. 2. The bed was so comfy and the room was spotless. 3. The toiletries and little extras felt really high quality. 4. The housekeeping staff were amazing – well trained, friendly and helpful. 5. The location was perfect, easy to get to everything nearby. Cons if I have to point out any: May be the breakfast can be a little detailed adding a few more dishes for the cost. Although the service guys in the restaurant makes u feel that u are treated like a celebrity. Seriously, Hyacinth is a fantastic place. Highly recommend it!

Great stay at Hycinth. Staff (Paurnami, Abhiram) were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast spread was very delicious. Recommended for both family/solo travels. Location is convenient. Close to railway station and airport is 30 minutes away. Easy to travel around the city with Autos available right at the entrance.

Arrogance is a part of their service. This particular female staff has absolutely no class whatsoevr to call herself someone working at a 5 star property. I can let go of the multiple times that I had to call. Let go of the all the times I was told to call another number. N I can even let go of the clueless way they talk as if they are not sure. But finally, came the cherry on top, the arrogance part and justifying their actions when I told them every thing was discussed on email then why is this being asked to me again. The response I got (from this particular staff member) was that they were too busy to read my mail and that I shouldn't raise my voice. Who was even raising the voice? If you are someone who expects better hospitality, I would seriously recommend a different property because the staff and their attitude is as backward as those from some oyo. Thats how low the conversation had stooped down to. P.S. they will speak in Malayalam even if you try to speak in English.

Went to Kerala after few years and stayed in Hycinth Hotel, had issues using internet, which was sorted in 2 days. Staff were al very pleasant and friendly, very helpful and polite. My family and I had a very amazing time. Definitely recommend this hotel . Thank you Hycinth
