Dirty and uncared-for room. Broken tiles, filthy sealant around shower, stained, cracked ceiling in bathroom. Curtain torn and hanging off rail, broken window blind. Dirty socks left on floor, old pizza box left behind mirror. Lots of bling covering urgently needed updating

Our third visit to No 10 and we were not disappointed. We stayed in The City with a very comfy bed and lovely fresh white bedding! Although not much parking most of the time we were able to park at the front or just around the corner which was fine. Only downside is that as I like to cook our meals most days, the kitchen is somewhat basically equipped.. I will remember to bring my own non stick frying pan next time we come!! We will be back again next year.. huge thank you to all the lovely friendly staff.

A delightful accommodation in a lovely location near the Abbey. Extremely clean and well equipped facility especially for the price. Staff were on the ball and helpful. Would definitely return.

Check in was easy; room was clean; basic toiletries in bathroom; tea/coffee/milk sachets provided as well as washing up liquid. Needs a bit of an upkeep: peeling paint under the window, door frame coming away under the door, bed upholstery a little damaged. Towels and dressing gown provided were very hard. Stayed on ground floor and was woken a number of times by people moving in the room above as floors very creaky. Rubbish collection was early and was also noisy on the Monday morning. Okay for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Beautiful hotel and staff, spacious rooms with everything you need. Comfortable bed . Great location. The only negative is the parking is quite limited, although we were lucky and found a parking space.

As an Air B&B it was clean and comfortable. Shame the duvet was a heavy winter 'tog' and inappropriate for August. No bath and shower was broken. Told housekeeper who couldn't (or wouldn't) replace shower head and hose though I suspect there was a language problem here also!! Stayed in room on 1st floor - person in room above was walking around in what could have been army boots at 0600hrs! Soundproofing problem!!
