Waited 15 min at the front desk to check in, no one was there, rang bell. They gave me a room and told me the lamps didn’t work. I turned the tv on and it didn’t work. It did have a loud AC u kit so at least I could cool off. Breakfast was coffee and individual wrapped off brand muffins and oatmeal.

I got here at noon and it was closed. After 3pm still nobody. No other guests either. I called them and nobody answered. Nevertheless, they charged my credit card. I showed Booking videos of me visiting the hotel and they returned my money, not the hotel.

I booked this room not expecting a lot. What I did expect was an older place that probably was a bit dated yet clean. I only need somewhere to lay my head. But…..what I got was a rundown room that needs MAJOR repairs. * The floor was literally squishy as it it was wet underneath. There were certain spots that almost felt like it was about to fall in. Or possibly the sub flooring underneath was swollen from water damage. Many areas were like this. * We had one wash cloth for our two night visit for two people. When we asked for more the response we got was that the washing machine was broken. No sorry no nothing. Basically they couldn’t help us. And the hand towel that we did get as well as the bath mat had dark stains on them. They were gross. * The window blinds were missing pieces which meant even when the blinds were closed there were gaps and we couldn’t even close the windows the entire way. The light from outside was EXTREMELY bright at night and it was difficult to sleep. * The air condition unit was a window unit that was old and didn’t work properly. We were so hot. And it was right above the bed. Very strange location to have it above our heads. * The room was rather large and the tv was mounted above the fire place but it was so small it was hard to see from the couch. It was oddly small for the room. * The floors were filthy dirty. Our socks were BLACK after a few minutes of walking around. Very gross. * The breakfast was not appetizing. The oatmeal packet that I grabbed had hard clumps and felt like it was several years old. I didn’t eat it. I wouldn’t eat the cereal or even try it because the milk was a gallon just sitting on the counter all morning. Not even in the Refrigerator. I did try the coffee one morning but it was gross and burnt. * Walls we’re so paper thin that the people next door were talking in a normal voice and we could hear them clearly. * On a side note. The place is so old and outdated that the rooms were marked with a sharpee. We had room H written by a sharpie. Can you get any more tacky? This has potential due to being in a beautiful location and so close to the Sequoia National Park. But it needs serious updates. I do not recommend.

If your looking for a cheap place to hang your hat and you can overlook some things this could work for you. The room was clean but the place needs some handyman attention On the plus side it is only 4 miles from Sequoia National Park. Would not recommend taking your wife there for your 50th anniversary

The front desk staff member was the most unwelcoming person I've ever met, actually thought I was being pranked, quite comical really. The pool was a stagnant pond, they don't clean it, so pretty bad unless you like brown water and dead flies. Good Aircon, good room. Overall good for price would stay again if needed. 4 stars....relative to the price.

Terrible place to stay! Dirty floor, dirty walls, holes on the bathroom door, an the shelf and some exterior parts of the building ,no closet ,no table, mark on the wall from ripped off some sort of furniture . Bathroom sink is not draining and is with stinking slack water , ice machine isn’t working and it’s middle of July . One set of towels regardless your reservation is for two. Only clean thing was the bed linens in the room

I stayed in the penthouse, the sliding door were off their slides. The Drapes on the ten foot sliding door were only seven foot long. The kitchen was dirty and the cabinet door were falling of their hinges. The room had a TV but it did not work and the man at the desk would not fix it. The hole complex smelled like sewer. The septic tank is above ground and smelled horrible.

Got there to check in and had to wait on the attendant. Had to find someone to call the manager for us to get checked in. Waiting room was dusty and cobwebs all over. Finally got room key, the bed had crumbs on it. The room had a musty smell and roaches in the bathroom. Pool was murky and not worth getting in. Only saving grace was

My wife and I went for a weekend stay. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon. No welcome, just I'd and handed a key. The room was disgusting, dirty, spider webs, holes in the walls, and mold in the shower. We left right after opening the door. We just sacrificed the deposit and got out of there.
