The hotel is right in the city center. Great location for visiting not only Thunu, but also the surrounding towns. Nice and helpful staff and a great breakfast with local products.

Arrived at the hotel. We are given a small room which opens onto a courtyard. Nothing more than the room. Decoration..bof.curtain all torn. Very low bed, no box spring. But wooden plank. bathroom on the other hand top. but very quiet because it overlooks the garden of the castle. lunch on the other hand very well served on a slate. Lots of choices. But quality for the price is too expensive to have had this room. The hotel is well located at the entrance to the street of the old town. Pay parking nearby.

The beautifully centrally located hotel is wonderfully easy to reach from the train station on foot along the Aare and via the town hall square. The single room no. 4 on the 2nd floor is large and clean. With the window closed you don't hear a peep from the main street. The fact that the shower and toilet are shared with the neighboring room didn't bother me at all. I only give the very saggy mattress a very small minus point. I was totally fascinated by the extremely lovingly presented and rich breakfast. Not only the "smiley" on the breakfast egg, but also that of the waitress is a blessing in the morning! Many thanks for that! On the first of my 3 evenings I was also allowed to taste and enjoy the fine cuisine. I would have liked to have at least a second plate of the bean soup with truffle oil. But then the delicate Zurich-style sliced meat would hardly have found room in my stomach. Also at this dinner I was served very friendly and attentive. All in all, I felt very comfortable and am looking forward to spending a few evenings and breakfasts here again by the end of August 2022 at the latest.

Everything was great and located in the middle of the old town. Room no. 6 is very large and has a particularly beautiful shower. Everything is stylish and clean down to the last detail, friendly people, excellent breakfast.
