Absolutely awful. Arrived having been advised there is parking, to find there isn’t and we would need to use a public car park which was not an option for us. Advised reception immediately, however they were not interested and advised I could not cancel. To top things off, I was told to get back to England, the small island and not to venture outside of it. Outdated hotel, small minded management and awful location. I really would advise to avoid and travel a little further for a much nicer hotel with friendly staff. An unfortunate blight in our otherwise amazing travels :(

Very tired hotel, more like a hostel. Decor is sp**** and old. They were kind enough to let us park out front, saving us quite a bit as it was €2 for 15 mins in the big one in town. Didn’t bother with breakfast, it looked like there was only 2 or 3 items out.

The experience was as expected, not better nor worse. The pillows are really really bad and the mattress seems too old but we knew about it already. Also, the main light in the room was not working. The bed is advertised as queen but it really is two single beds. The location is super good though. We received two small bottles of water when we entered and a nice chocolate when we checked out. A nice touch, although I would have preferred better pillows than that or even cheaper prices. Overall, decent considering the price (which is expensive but kind of normal for the area). Also note that one needs to call for checking in, even when one says at what time one going to arrive since most of the times no one is at the reception.

Schönes Schloss, zu Fuss etwa 10 min vom Bahnhof. Gut: Zimmer sauber, schöne Lage Schlecht: Man hat gemerkt, dass das Personal gestresst war. Die Wortwahl war unpassend gegenüber Gästen. Z.B, wir kamen an morgens ca 11h und wollten vor dem Check in um 14h lediglich unser Gepäck deponieren. Die este Aussage war: Sie sind viel zu früh! Wollten Terasse besuchen zum Frühstück, Aussage war: NEIN, wir arbeiten jetzt hier. Meiner Meinung nach kann eine gut gewählte Wortwahl die das Willkommensgefühl stark beeinflussen. Von geschätzten 7 Personen aus dem Personalbestand waren nur 2 Personen von Herzen freundlich. Andere eher genervt, müde oder belehrend. Schade, war nicht das erste Mal hier, aber das letzte Mal. Badezimmer war OK und sauber, Betten Matratze zu weich, aber sauber.

Het is een oud hotel met praktisch geen renovaties. Het is vergelijkbaar met een soort matig hostel. De douche was kapot, het ontbijt was matig. Kamer is saai en klein. De meubels heel oud en niet zo smaakvol. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Einen gemütlichen Abend mit Freunden bei einem Abendessen geniessen, war enttäuschend. Erst nach langen Wartezeit gab es den Salat. Die Hauptspeise Rehschnitzel an Rotkraut mit Maronen mussten wir 75 Minuten warten. Drei von vier Filets waren nur noch lau warm genauso das Rotkraut. Keine Empfehlung für ein nächstes Essen.
