本來換個房間就能解決的事情，你們的維修師傅是不是應該好好培訓培訓服務能力了？
進房間空調不製冷，急着辦公就沒管，辦完事情還沒製冷，打了個電話給前台，怕是這位師傅可能需要從外地趕過來，等了好久沒來，空調開始晃晃悠悠啟動了，我還好心打電話給前台説不用麻煩師傅過來了。
沒幾分鐘倒是不爭氣的空調又不工作了，這次叫師傅又等了十來分鐘，空調又啟動了。師傅來第一句話是：這不是好的麼？我耐心跟他説一會兒好一會兒壞。可人家師傅不理你，始終堅持就是好的，還説空調壓縮機不能支持設定16度，要設定在25度。他是一點點的基本常識都不懂麼？五十歲的人了吧，還在犟説：你這樣換個房間也沒有用，（這是他第一次來唯一提到換房間的一次）我説你要麼等一會兒，空調馬上就不工作了，師傅可能趕着去奔喪，説：“那不好了再叫我”
那你走吧，走了沒2分鐘就不工作了，第二次叫他來，可能奔喪來回趕路來不及，又是等了十幾二十分鐘，來了空調又工作了。請問你們家空調是師傅的親爹麼？師傅來就工作，一走就熄火？第二次來知道叫我換房間了，半夜快兩點了，我換你個der？我開了1-2小時空調不冷，你家師傅進來摸摸空調出風口就説空調是好的？房間裏冷熱他不知道？
你們家有這麼個極度自信、不負責任、不懂服務的員工，早晚不要倒閉？
8月6號下午2點退房時候跟你們前台説當天給我個答覆，可能是你們酒店看不起我這個客人吧，覺得有沒有無所謂，目前8月7號下午，沒有收到任何答覆。華住的招牌早晚要被你們給砸了
另外落東西在酒店幫忙郵寄的員工服務還是可以的

看網上評價來的，高達4.8分。實在話不敢恭維。第一，晚上9點多來的，車位已經滿了！衹能把車停到隔壁單位的門前。第二，給我的房間裝飾老舊，地板都有點翹起。第三，電梯居然時好時壞。可能滁州酒店也就這樣吧。早餐沒吃，因為趕路！所以，評價衹能4分最多了！
