Location: The attractions are all within easy walking distance, but each one requires at least a kilometer. It's fine if the weather isn't hot, but if it's hot, you'll have to take a taxi; walking is too hot. Personally, I don't think the location is great. Cleanliness: Detailed hygiene is lacking, with dust in the corners. Service: The staff were generally very friendly. We ordered a lot of takeout, and the robot delivery was prompt. The housekeeping staff were proactive in replenishing and collecting trash. Facilities: Average for a budget-friendly chain hotel, with all the amenities you'd expect. The soundproofing is really poor. Some people say it's good, but I guess they haven't encountered any problems. The woman was screaming from 10 PM to 2 AM, and I thought she was being tortured. I almost wanted to call the police on her behalf. The hotel changed our room. While I can't blame them entirely, they could have at least been more careful when assigning rooms. It wasn't a problem for us adults, but we were traveling with children. Experiencing this on our first night was quite upsetting. I didn't get a good night's rest, and it dampened my mood for the entire trip.

The hotel has complete supporting facilities around it. We were given a free suite upgrade upon check-in. There is also a food delivery robot and free parking. Jacky and Fiona at the front desk provided good service, and were warm and thoughtful.
