The stay was ok. I was able to check in at 3.30am. Disappointed with receiving a sleeping space of Mats on a wooden surface instead of a proper double bed as booked.

The location is great! Walking distance around 400m to subway station. It is very near to Binjiang Road too! Easy to get food here because many restaurants just beside this inn. Oh ya they use central heating so please choose only the room with windows!!!!!! 地点很棒，靠近瓷房子。但是，这里地暖太足了，没窗的房间会闷不透气。有窗的房间，应该会比较舒服透气。

Прекрасное расположение - удобно гулять по набережной и традиционному кварталу, до Фарфорового дома всего 5 минут. Рядом много магазинов, кафе, близко до вокзала.
Номер небольшой, но достаточный, чтобы переночевать. В номере есть все, необходимое. Мебель старая, но рабочая. Кровать очень удобная с чистым бельем.

誰住誰後悔的地方，顯示的免費停車，但是哪裡可以停？服務態度就更是差的説不成了，至於房間，我的頭長了個包（房間中不有一道橫樑，得彎腰低頭才能過！），總結一句話，誰住誰後悔！！！

房間衞生，整齊，略小了點，當然，因為是民宿，又在天津鬧市區，不能有過高要求，老技很熱情，幫我們租了三輪電瓶車，又按照時間給我們介紹了旅遊打卡點的排序，附近一些飯店和小吃，旅店和張學良故居背靠背，離瓷房子180米，距狗不理總店約200多米，車位少了點，老闆説也可以解決，總體來説性價比好超高，下次還來。
