1、酒店在原毛紡廠內，不在主要道路旁
2、酒店旁有停車場（退房後跟酒店拿了停車劵）
3、房間是新代設計，酒店新建，相對乾淨
入住時電視直播頻道較少（也有可能未找到），電影幾乎全部需要收費
