我們是週六住320房間的，前台知道為什麼差評，一宿沒睡好，隔壁319的一羣②比，半夜看巴薩的比賽，不睡覺大喊大叫，找前台也沒人管，還跟我説沒人喊，我在隔壁都聽見了，又找了好幾次我都錄音了才有人管，事後也沒再聯繫我，酒店隔音跟隔壁319一樣差，雖然我是白銀會員，但好歹也是住過幾次漢庭全季華住會了，最差的一次

房間超給力： 我們訂的房型空間超大，兩張1.8米的大床隨便滾，晚上開“卧談會”到凌晨也不會互相打擾。房間乾淨整潔，視野超棒！
· 位置絕佳： 酒店就在市中心，下樓就是美食街和商場，我們晚上逛吃逛吃超級方便，玩到多晚回來都安心。
· 服務貼心： 前台小哥哥/小姐姐態度超好，看我們人多還多送了我們幾瓶水。有什麼需求響應也很快。

暖氣片不夠暖和，升温慢，中央空調不供暖。
被子既薄又沉，整個酒店也沒有厚被子，冬天夏天都是這種老式被子，像十幾年前的酒店老被子。
前台服務能力，解決問題能力及態度也都一般。
餐廳特別一般，果然早餐便宜也就沒啥可吃的。
電梯太小，走樓梯一樓出口是外面馬路，不安全。
提前備註了安靜房需求，仍是安排臨街房。
真不知道這麼高好評該不是刷出來的吧。

房間還不錯，就是沒有暖風。有機器人送餐，挺方便的。離地鐵站有點小距離，還能接受，不是很遠。周圍是居民區，還有商場

開業不久，很乾凈！離地鐵不算太遠。別看樓可能有點舊，但裏面還是很好的，房間很乾凈。有免費的洗衣房，且比較乾淨。漢庭這種連鎖大品牌讓人住的放心。（酒店的早餐需要加強一下，有點難吃，價格也很貴！）
