服務:從大堂到樓層工作人員服務熱情，點贊。
但是也有提升的地方，入住前一天打電話詢問相關事宜的時候，工作人員並沒有對到酒店的路線進行提醒，導致外地來的遊客下輕軌後，拖着沉重的箱子走錯了路。
早餐:有人性化的贈送早餐券，是因為國慶節的房價直接翻倍了。
位置:酒店到各個景點打卡點的位置大概半小時的軌道交通時間。
但是，這個酒店的位置非常不便利，從圖片中看着近在咫尺的酒店，從中山門站出閘機走到酒店需要10分鐘左右，因為需要繞過前面這條小河，而且中山門站居然沒有電梯或者扶梯，試問遊客拿着沉重的箱子去走樓梯嗎？

商務出行選對酒店太重要了！這家酒店地理位置絕了，步行5分鐘到地鐵站，周邊餐廳、便利店齊全。房間裏的辦公桌寬敞，燈光亮度剛好適合處理文件，連Wi-Fi速度都快到不用等緩沖，效率直接拉滿。

酒店離輕軌站很近，在房間裏可以聽到頻繁的輕軌過往的聲音，晚上休息好像是在坐火車卧鋪的感覺，並且房間較小，早餐一般，總體體驗一般，不是很好。

出門就是輕軌站，出行挺方便。房間不算大，但是佈局比較緊湊。床品感覺還行，乾淨衞生。洗衣房有三套洗衣機和烘乾機，全季統一的設備操作比較簡單，早餐還可以，也有機器人送餐。大廳和的走廊香水味有點濃了。
