We were served by this pretty young lady Ms Elsa Chang at the reception counter. She was very polite and helpful, her smile brightened our days. She was very conscientious of promoting dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which we eventually took up her recommendation for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast spread was good with a range of wide choices including western and the local Tian Jin breakfast. Our room was upgraded and decorated for our wedding anniversary with the hotel's compliment. The hotel was located nearby the Ancient Cultural street, which is a stone throw away. Perfect view of the river from the window but the Tian Jin's eye can only be seen from the changing room. The hotel was accommodating to our request for late check out. Ms Elsa was at the reception when we check out and she sent us off with her beautiful smile. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall it’s a warm and pleasant stay with the suit. Morning breakfast section at level 1, just too bad we sit beside the cleaning trolley, the putting cutlery is very loud when the server is in rush. Thanks for the fruits plate but the orange spoiled. Others is a good choice to stay.. thanks

The staff is very helpful and gives personal attention to make sure everything is good. Many families stay in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast has the basic needs. Location is great, very near to Tianjin Eye and Ancient Culture street.

Always a great hotel. Clean room with excellent facilities. Only issue is the AC was not effective so was very warm during the night.

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

I stayed here a couple of times several years ago and was generally happy. I have not been back for 5 years. I found the room not in good condition. A thorough renovation is long overdue. The western restaurant was closed temporarily may be due to low business. The Chinese restaurant served quite mediocre food. I could not get many of the wines although they were in the menu. The staff tried their best which was a bright spot.
