If you have common sense, you should know that food stains can be cleaned with dish soap. So I used dish soap to clean the dirty areas, but I didn't wash them with water. I thought that if the bed cover is replaced, it will still be cleaned. It doesn’t need to be washed like before. I just need to wash off the oil stains! Unexpectedly, the service supervisor (an elderly man) came to check the next day and said that the quilt cover was to be scrapped! Obviously just need to wash it again with dish soap, but he said it must be scrapped! And they didn't listen to the explanation and started a dispute. I have never encountered such arrogant service, so I said I would complain to the leader. The elderly people look like they are not afraid of complaining! So I called the front desk and told the situation and hoped that the hotel person in charge would come and make an identification. The front desk said they would inform the leadership. I waited for nearly two hours, but there was no reply. I called and asked, and they said they had informed the boss! I waited for a long time and no one came, so I went down to the front desk by myself. At this time, a waitress in front of the counter also had a very bad attitude. She said she would pay for it! There should always be right and wrong in things, right? If those stains can't be cleaned, I won't talk nonsense to them at all, just do whatever they want! But it is hard for people to accept that they have to pay compensation even though they can be cleaned, and they still have such a domineering attitude! Later, at my repeated request, a so-called female leader took the old comrade up and scrawled it over and said that it couldn't be washed off! He said it should be the same as the original white sheets. I asked, what would you say if I washed them exactly the same? She replied, isn't this what it should be? I did this just to shut their mouths and prove that this can be washed away! Later, a service supervisor was changed. After looking at the sheets, he took them away and gave a little explanation.
