房間乾淨，沒有煙味兒。交通方便，不臨主道，晚上很安靜！不知道是隔音好，還是因為入住人數不多。沒有聽到其他房間的聲音。
服務非常非常好，所有的需求全部被滿足了。真的是同等價位的酒店裡的翹楚！
有很多小細節，比其他酒店做的好。比如床頭不是皮子的，是木質的，衞生安全有保障。再比如間接光源的閲讀燈，開起來整個屋子很舒服。再比如廁所浴室是封閉的，洗澡不會被外面看到（家人一起住也不尷尬）。水壓温度穩定。
其實並沒有發現什麼明顯不足,硬要選出不足的話,床頭沒有控制全屋燈的開關。想關掉書桌上面的頂燈，需要下床去關。電視偏小（不能投屏，但可以接hdmi線）。座椅等縫隙衞生細節清潔不夠等。這些都不影響大局，總的來説非常非常非常好！

環境：環境很不錯 住了兩三次了 最近來天津都在這家酒店 性價比之王 交通也很方便附近有下瓦房地鐵站和福建路公交站✋
服務：很愉快的住店體驗 還有前台工作的哥哥姐姐細心熱情❤️特別好

首先交通很方便 離下瓦房地鐵站步行四分鐘 地鐵站邊上有麥當勞 往前走走就是711 房間很乾凈 和朋友分開定的 免費升級了房型 外賣可以送到樓上 酒店前台和叔叔也很好 很推薦 外面共享單車也很多 就是附近沒啥吃的

交通方便（地鐵線2條），不臨主道，晚上安靜，酒店免費升級房型，性價比非常高，不足之處就是房間有點味，廁所也好小，而且沒有浴簾，洗澡後衞生間非常濕。

環境：酒店位置離地鐵站很近 去哪裡都很方便 但又在側面的路上 周圍環境很安靜
設施：前台給免費升了房型 屋內一句實物與圖片相符就十分説明問題 很乾凈很温馨暖氣熱水都很給力 本來打算住一天換其他地方但果斷續住了
衞生：屋裡比較幹打掃阿姨每天都給放了新的礦泉水 一整個救命了
