Accepts foreigners!
The hotel is very comfortable with a business/vintage vibe. The guesthouse rooms are good and spacious. I just wish they had more comfortable couches and I didn’t like that they had price lists and price tags on some items in the room. Apart from that, it’s a comfortable stay especially if you’re just there for the day or for business.
Very clean.
Very spacious.
Very close to all the best places in Binhai.

The location on Third Street is quite good, there are not many parking spaces, but the little gothic at the door made me block the door for a while.

不咋乾淨，清明節漲價可以理解，翻倍漲，服務卻跟不上，洗手枱下面有的毛巾跟抹布一樣，準備給擦腳的？喆啡還以咖啡為文化，説真的，好難喝。
吹風機讓人用的捉急，用熱了，自動斷電，還要等好一會.早餐更別説了，花樣挺多，都不好吃。對喆啡印象不好了，下次換其他品牌。

越來越喜歡這樣的連鎖酒店，地理位置優越，服務態度好，辦理入駐和離店速度快，如果是會員，可以跟前台溝通二天下午3點離店，定的外賣都是機器人送餐，吃多了還可以去3樓健身房運動消化一下。非常的暖心服務，以後住酒店還選喆啡
