The room layout was well-designed and spacious, with a great separation of wet and dry areas. We received complimentary welcome fruits and desserts. The staff even helped clean our car after we parked it in the underground garage, which was a very thoughtful touch! 😊

Selena at the Executive Lounge provided exceptional and professional service. She took great care of my family and me, and the cocktails she made were both beautiful and delicious. I slept wonderfully, and the pillow she recommended was very comfortable. This stay was incredibly relaxing and satisfying. I'll definitely be bringing my family and friends back next time. Selena is truly amazing!

Every service was great, and they met all our requests. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. I hope to have the chance to visit again. It was a bit of a shame I didn't get to try the Little Red Riding Hood collaboration this time because I was short on time. I'll definitely have to try it next time!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's only a 5-minute drive from the stadium, which was perfect for attending the New Year's Eve concert. The facilities are new, the service is thoughtful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including many local Tianjin specialties.

From the Conrad Hong Kong twenty years ago to the Conrad Tianjin now, every stay has been a pleasant surprise. The hotel upgraded our room and decorated it beautifully for our anniversary, and every detail met the highest five-star standards. This trip added another 'little duck' to my collection!
