Always clean, friendly and helpful staff (including the little staff robot) ~ new Binhai area is under development ~ have to walk a bit aound to find restaurants and coffee shops. Room is spacious, quiet and comfy.

整體評價不太想回住，紗窗壞的，早餐比較差，隔音不好，居然還沒退房居然把我們房卡權限取消了！唯一優勢是面積夠大，去海洋館方便。
服務：服務員工的態度都不錯，但是對待問題的道歉處理並不很滿意，房卡權限十點半就取消了，導致我們回不了房間就説了系統問題。
設施：有點失望，房間很大，佈局不錯，但是設施不怎麼樣，例如燒水壺旁邊沒有插座，紗窗一拉就壞了，最受不了的是隔音很差，晚上十一點多還一直有機器嗡嗡聲，服務員送了耳塞但是戴起來耳朵疼，一晚上沒睡好
早餐：怎麼説，感覺就是湊合，不豐富但是讓你吃飽了就行。麪包啥的西餐都沒有，除了包子餛飩基本上沒有啥肉的東西了。煎餅粽子也是大鍋飯，我拿的都是涼的

酒店很新，設施很齊全，智能馬桶，智能機器人。前台小姐姐很貼心的給小朋友準備了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品。早餐還是很豐盛的，客人很多，餐廳不大，可以打包回房間吃。

非常滿意可心的一次住宿！春節期間帶孩子來極地海洋館，住在這裏很方便，走過去也就八百多米的距離。房間很大很新，設施合理，裝修現代美觀，床品舒適。我們到的時候24號晚上九點了，前台工作人員和大堂經理兩位女士熱情接待了我們，還和孩子因一個橘子結緣，贈送給兩個小朋友牛奶和堅果，非常暖心！單買的早餐物有所值，能想到的基本都有，還有天津特色的煎餅果子，完全可以吃飽吃好。第二天早上（25號），孩子爸爸因為腳崴了比較嚴重，單獨在房間休息。午餐時前台工作人員（圖一中的年輕小夥子）主動提供幫助，幫他去附近商店買了泡麪並送到房間。非常感謝！

這家酒店很不錯喲，值得推薦。房間比較大，位置也不錯，服務還很好，所以來濱海一直住這家酒店。這次選擇了商務大床房，房間乾淨，衞生很好，還有沙發 茶几，需要長住的朋友非常推薦!續住的時候阿姨打掃房間很細心，收拾的很乾凈，很滿意!有免費的洗衣房，洗完可以直接烘乾，非常方便!早餐也不錯，有現煮的混沌和麪條，環境好，路過前台有熱飲，很貼心。服務是真的滿意，非常好!門口就是超大停車場，打車也很方便。
