房間佈置得很好看，是喜歡的loft複式構造，房間也收拾的很乾凈，樓上樓下都有空調可以調節，樓下還有投影儀可以看電視，床很大很軟，就是床單洗的可能不是很到位，有些污漬，總體來説還是不錯的。

1. 空調不暖 開不開沒啥區別 暖氣片衹有温温熱 還沒喝的水熱 真的很冷 直接凍感冒了 很影響之後的行程
2. 二樓完全不是給人住的 更像雜物間層高衹有一米多一點 而且就一個床墊放在地上 地上也不乾淨 很多灰塵
3. 二樓的窗還是紙糊的 冬天的晚上冷風呼呼地吹進來 冷都冷死 更何況樓上是沒有空調的
4. 廁所洗手池不下水 很不方便
5. 吹風機沒有熱風 問了老闆 並沒有什麼實質性的解決方案 後來讓我們去別的房間拿 幾個女孩子多不安全
6.一二樓樓梯處裝了兩個聲控燈不知道什麼作用？晚上睡覺翻個身就亮了。。怎麼睡得好覺啊
7.廁所是感應燈 洗一半直接燈滅了 淋浴的地板也很臟
8.洗髮水都搓不出泡泡來 牙刷還掉一嘴毛
9.給的拖鞋是特別薄 接近透明的
從始至終老闆都沒出現過，拿鑰匙是自己在樓下的密碼鎖裏面拿的 裏面有一堆鑰匙 一點也不安全 現場實拍放下面了 總之是一場很糟糕的體驗

第一次遇上這樣的公寓，房間多處裝修殘舊，二樓的燈是壞的，這些都都忍忍算了，就當給幾百元住了個招待所，但整個房間除了一點都不熱的暖氣，就是靠一台老舊不暖的小空調，最最最氣憤的就是那個垃圾熱水器，燒滿水之後，使用不夠4分鐘就沒熱水了，要想再洗澡，就要等足足一個多小時燒熱，然後4分鐘又沒熱水，打電話給房東也沒辦法處理，説他們全部房間的熱水器都是這樣的，衹能等，解決不了問題，我一家四口人，竟然洗澡時間要4個小時才能洗完，而且每個人衹能洗4分鐘，天津0度這麼冷的天氣，真的是讓人活受罪，絕對沒有下次入住，也給另外想冬天入住的朋友提個醒，能抗凍就去吧！#房間設施差差差#位置交通地鐵上蓋，交通方便，衹有這個優點

雖然老闆給換了房間，服務能算上可以，別的真心不值得一提，這個民宿與圖片差距不是一般的大，衞生太臟了，帶着孩子，天氣冷真的懶得折騰了。
