入住酒店半夜被前台領一對夫妻刷卡把自己門打開了，開錯房，開錯房。當時老婆在洗澡，自己躺床上，嚇一跳，老婆一晚上沒睡覺，從來沒遇見這個情況。大清早退房也沒個賠償和説法，嚴重影響了顧客的私隱。老婆還要找消協去投訴。

出差到寧河搜到的這家酒店，整體環境還是不錯的，美中不足的是前台的服務態度很差，給人一種愛住不住的感覺，讓人心裏特別不舒服。
