定的小時房，前台上來就跟我説要等房間，我説小時房是按時段的，我是在你標註的時段來的為什麼要等?立馬就表示説給我免費升級一下房間，馬上就可以辦入住不需要等了。結果給開的房間一進去就一股巨大的煙味，而且房間裏面巨冷，打電話問説空調用不了不能取暖，應該是地暖沒開完全，讓師傅去把所有地暖閥門打開。開一個小時房你現開地暖，你們打掃房間的時候不知道房間裏面温度低麼？還是説經理連巡查房間這一步都根本做不到，愛咋咋?你們既然做到全季的要求建議取消全季的招牌！

房間還不錯，地理位置很好，距離1號線、5號線和6號線的車站都近。但整個過程中有一個事情很不好，早晨送餐的機器人卡住了，導致收到東西的時候已經送達了半小時，餐品都涼了，非常遺憾。此外，投屏衹能投出聲音，不能投出畫面，也比較遺憾。

雙床拼成大床，2大1小很舒服。停車需要去馬路對面的停車場，與幾個飯館共用，收費員比較嘰嘰歪歪，規則一大堆。附近有桂發祥，同發號，2個大商場，博物館，美術館，徒步可到。

在文化中心看劇，晚上不想折騰回家，直接找了這邊。
前台也沒什麼笑容，貌似很瞧不上我這樣無早餐的顧客，可旁邊幾百米就有家天津老字號的包子鋪，我為啥要在這裏吃。
牙刷非常硬，我帶回家了，可以當刷子用。
隔音很差，連隔壁正常聊天都能聽見，更別説其他聲音了。
