服務態度很好，用港澳通行證搞了很久，但前台小哥很熱心幫忙。房間大小剛好，只是地暖不能間，有點焗。然後洗澡時熱水不能調低一點，太熱了，洗完全身都紅噹噹的，但總比沒熱水好。配備齊全，牙膏牙刷拖鞋毛巾洗髮沐浴都有。地理位置方面，還未出地鐵就見到了。對面有便利商店。總括來說，這個價錢性價比很高，很值得！

房間很乾凈整潔，離地鐵站很近很方便，提前到還沒房間，可以把行李寄存在酒店，服務態度很不錯，電視投屏也沒問題。

孩子開學，帶孩子報到來的，酒店離地鐵站很近，地鐵直達學校，很方便，前台服務人員態度非常好，因為我也不確定得住幾天，訂多了，特別熱情的幫我聯繫退款，下次來看孩子還住這裏，周邊吃飯也特別方便。客房也很乾凈的。

前台員工有一個*** 服務態度特別差 我以為是床單不乾淨 讓她上來看看 當時可能是加上燈光暗 顯的被罩黃的厲害 來房間時候打開窗簾好了點 非讓我找出來 我説可能是剛剛燈光打出來的原因 必須讓我找出來 還威脅我刪除照片 語氣特別不好 我專門在房間還説了我在上廁所別開門 正在上廁所一個男服務員就打開了門 這時候這個***一直説讓我從房間離開語氣特別差 滿臉坑坑窪窪趕緊先整整自己臉吧 再服務不好吧 把臉上的坑坑窪窪先補到腦子裡吧
