The hotel is great, spacious, clean and bright, with good service. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western. The nearby Wanda Plaza is also very convenient for sightseeing and entertainment. I highly recommend it and will come again next time.

It’s my first time to come to China, I left my passport in a restaurant after I had dinner with my friend. I did not realize this until I arrived at ATOUR hotel. Because I cannot speak Chinese, it’s very hard to get a taxi, so I have to go to ATOUR hotel to ensure there is a staff can speak English or not, but I was delighted to find the manager can speak fluent English, and he drove me to that restaurant to find my passport. Because it’s my first time to come to China and I cannot remember the restaurant’s name, so it took about 2 hours to find my passport. Thanks for that manager, and I really feel the kind and brilliant service of the staff when I lived ATOUR hotel, WUQING, they are always kind , smile and professional, and they can help you to do anything if you need, thanks all the staff of the ATOUR hotel, WUQING, and I will choose ATOUR hotel again if I come to China next time.

Facilities: Very comprehensive. The gym is quite well-equipped and accessible 24/7. Cleanliness: Acceptable; I didn't notice any dirt. Disinfectant wipes were a thoughtful touch for the toilet. Location: The surrounding area is convenient, with malls, supermarkets, and several restaurants within a one-kilometer radius. A Wanda Plaza is also just two kilometers away. However, I felt a little uncomfortable walking alone at night due to the dim street lighting. Service: The service was very good.

Fourth time staying here and it is as pleasant as ever. Very convenient location for attending meetings near the area, with restaurant options, street vendors and convenience store within 2 minutes. Florentia village and the train station is also just a short ride away. Ella and Joy was very helpful this time when arranging an early check in and continuing my stay in the same room. Hotel also has robots that can be arranged to deliver items to your room if you order through online apps.

The stay experience was very satisfactory, far exceeding expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, just next to the town of Florence in Tianjin, the room is clean and tidy, and the view is wide. The bedding is comfortable and sleeps soundly. Bathroom dry and wet separation! The front desk service must be specially praised. From check-in to check-out, every staff member is smiling and warm and thoughtful. The response to problems is very fast.

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. There are many places to eat and shop around. The rooms are also OK and standard. There is a KTV in the next building. Some rooms may be noisy, but everything else is fine. I will come here again next time I go on a business trip.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one is really amazing! As soon as I entered the lobby, the high ceiling and gorgeous chandeliers made it look grand and elegant. I booked a family suite with my parents. The room facilities were even more amazing. The view outside the window was breathtaking. The bedding was so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud.
