The newly renovated room still has a smell for now, so I opened the window immediately after entering the room. The most unbearable and bizarre thing was that the big white light in the lobby suddenly turned on at 6 o'clock in the morning. It not only scared me, but also made me unable to sleep. I called Ctrip to communicate but to no avail. The hotel actually said that everyone was woken up, and everyone was like this! It's hard to understand, so we deserve to be woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning when we stay in the hotel! After a lot of trouble, I had difficulty falling asleep after waking up, which delayed my breakfast and my morning trip. The hotel didn't apologize at all, and I won't come again in the future

Staff was great. Front Desk and room maids are exceptional. I have been traveling all over Asia for six months and this has everything. Fitness room needs a rowing machine. They take care of all your needs. They will and can do anything for you. There’s even washer and dryer for you to use at no extra cost and they had soap for it too. The maids will come and clean your room anytime you need it. I stayed there for two weeks. It’s very clean also. There’s even a bistro coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours a day. Necessary shops are available close by. Mc Donald’s and KFC for westerners.
