What satisfied me most about this trip to Yangliuqing Ancient Town was staying in this blue brick courtyard B&B. As soon as I stepped in, the antique atmosphere hit me in the face. The blue bricks and black tiles, carved doors and windows, are full of historical charm, which immediately brought me back to the old times. There are surprises hidden everywhere inside the room. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and tidy, allowing me to have a good sleep after a busy day. The interior decoration is simple yet elegant, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, smart bathroom and other facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the quaint atmosphere while maintaining the convenience of life. The public area of ​​the homestay is also very cozy. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard of the quadrangle. In your spare time, you can bask in the sun, drink tea, and feel the peacefulness of time. The boss was very hospitable. He not only helped plan the itinerary, but also shared many local specialties. Every moment in this homestay is extremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Yangliuqing Ancient Town. It will add a different kind of warmth and beauty to your journey.

This was my first trip to Tianjin, and I specifically booked a room with a view of the Tianjin Eye. Upon entering, I was a bit disappointed. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows, one for each of us, but where was the Tianjin Eye? It was actually off to the side, diagonally in front, so I had to zoom in to photograph it. The room itself was small but relatively new, and the public areas were well-decorated. The breakfast selection was quite limited and very ordinary, as you can see in the picture. However, the service was excellent and very prompt. They were incredibly quick whenever I needed a parking voucher. Deliveries could also be brought to the room door by a robot, which was also very fast.

If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

As a Tianjin local, choosing to stay at The St. Regis exceeded my expectations. Service: Before check-in, the butler Gracie added me on WeChat and sent me a video of the parking entrance. She also confirmed my preferences and requests, and everything was arranged perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. During my stay, I used the swimming pool and gym; both the water quality and the fitness facilities were top-notch. The service throughout my stay was very prompt, and all staff members were polite. They even offered calming milk in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch. Scenery: In Tianjin, I believe the scenery along the Haihe River, especially at night, is the most beautiful, unparalleled. The St. Regis's location is excellent, close to all the famous spots along the Haihe River. From my window, I could see the Jiefang Bridge and the Century Clock. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, and there was even a chef making Jianbing Guozi on-site, which I haven't seen in other cities. I must also mention that for a coffee lover like me, while most hotels have coffee machines, finding one with iced coffee and over six different flavor syrups is rare and perfectly suited my coffee preferences. I loved it. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends. All in all, it was a truly unforgettable experience!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

Rooms: We traveled with our child and stayed in the Executive Suite. The room was quite spacious, over 90 square meters, with two separate bathrooms and shower rooms, which was very convenient for our family of three to shower separately after swimming. The king-size bed was also very comfortable and soft. The large round table in front of the floor-to-ceiling window was perfect for eating takeout or for our child to do homework, and the view was excellent. Food: Breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The specialty pancakes were delicious, and the wontons, noodles, and various egg dishes were also good. Both the cold and hot dishes were tasty, and we always ate too much at breakfast. The food at the Executive Lounge was even better, with free-flowing cocktails. Enjoying a drink in the evening while looking at the night view was a wonderful experience. Pool: The water was very clean, and there were two lanes. Besides hotel guests, there were also children from outside taking swimming lessons, so it was quite crowded during the summer. I recommend swimming in the morning or during mealtimes when there are fewer people. In addition to the pool, there was also a very comfortable massage pool, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. From the detailed reminders at the front desk during check-in, to the housekeeping staff who proactively replenished our needs (they even provided children's toiletries before we asked), and the prompt responses from the staff at the Executive Lounge and Chinese restaurant. When we called the front desk for additional items (mineral water, children's bathrobes), they were delivered within 10 minutes. The doorman was also very friendly, and the room hygiene was impeccable (even for a clean freak like me, I was very satisfied). Overall, the service felt well-organized and well-managed, and all the staff members were excellent. Because we travel with our child, we often choose hotels of similar caliber. We've encountered situations with slow service or staff lacking initiative before. We previously stayed at the Four Seasons in Guangzhou and felt the service was excellent there too. It seems the Four Seasons' overall training is indeed very good. This was a very satisfying trip, and both our child and we were delighted!

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

I stayed here for one night while driving during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are pretty good, clean and smell-free, and the bed in the standard room is also very big, with a bed of 1.35 meters. The transportation is convenient, just off the highway.

The bed is relatively comfortable, the environment is okay, the store service is good, and overall it is good. If you are commuting, I recommend it
