體驗不好，一，晚8時入住酒店，當晚恰好下中雨，電話諮詢門店可停車，但到門店告知院內沒有車位，衹好停在距酒店百米之外冒雨拎箱入住，店員未表謙意。其二，進屋內立感涼意，當天因下雨氣温較低，窗户打開狀態，室內空調調節複雜未開，衹好聯繫店員開啟，詢問店員己辦入住，吃飯一小時後才進屋，店員不能提前打開空調升温嗎，店員表示向領導反饋，當晚陰冷，心裏也冷，體驗差，望改進提高服務意識。
