淋浴的冷熱水好像在串水，分明是全冷也出來熱水搞得人很尷尬，等了一會才恢復……裝修的話比較有年頭了，早餐的話比較一般，倒是給的小陽台其實挺舒服的…咋説呢 希望加強餐飲，然後床品也能一次性更新一下説真的都挺舊的了…都有點發黃了…

酒店就是有些老舊。很多東西都需要換新的了，酒店的浴巾和浴袍還行，沒太大味道，也挺白凈的，就是衞生間的地漏反臭，酒店也準備了墊子蓋住了地漏，但是效果不是很好。餐廳是不錯的，伙食挺好的。
主要是温泉的問題，浴巾發臭，發黃，還有污漬沒有清理乾淨。沒有大號衣服，衹有中號和小號。衞生間積水！不知道是尿還是水！大號衣服一件都沒有，服務員不讓用餐，那是不是可以提供一件浴袍給顧客呢？餐廳接待真的不行！沒有服務意識！
酒店前台接待服務很好，幫我們選擇了最合適的套餐！搓澡師傅也很給力，很專業！

服務真的不錯，雖然遇到點小插曲，但是酒店ironman幫助積極解決了。餐廳味道不錯，就是東坡肉有點柴。爬完麥積山然後泡温泉很棒的選擇。

我們住在B棟9201，有個看景陽台。酒店位置較為偏僻，沒有開車打車會比較困難。酒店設施較好，前台小姐姐服務比較官方，自助餐不錯。

整個温泉酒店景觀優美宜人，院中綠植茂盛，還有養滿綠頭鴨和黑天鵝的池塘，我們入住的是別墅湯屋，房間衞生很乾凈，這兩天天冷空調系統很棒，店家怕我們晚上冷又加了兩個大型的暖風機，還要提一下酒店的餐廳，味道棒，數量大，最後竟然沒有吃完，下次一定要少點幾個菜，晚餐後泡的私家温泉，水温很贊，私湯池歐式地中海風格裝修典雅，温暖的陽光和温暖的温泉♨️讓人心曠神怡，非常精彩的一次旅行體驗，期待下一次的相遇！

温泉還是不錯的，去了很多次，裏面的服務也是還可以，自助餐的味道也還行。
説説酒店吧，一個比較成熟的温泉度假酒店，房間的設施很老套，一個小到不能再小的電視機，空調也不怎麼好好吹風，重點是衞生，進房間以後想坐在凳子上換拖鞋，凳子一拉開，三個碩大的腳印，一下子就沒心情了，衞生間地上的頭髮很多，説真的，不太理解到底有沒有搞衞生。

非常好！值得一住！尤其值得去泡泡温泉！50多個養生湯，可以慢慢泡！周邊風景不錯！適合自駕遊！自己出遊的酒店也有推薦的包車師傅！酒店推薦的包車師傅很好，收費合理，不會漫天要價，或者臨時起價！下次還會再去！
