"The hotel is right next to Tianshui Station. There are direct buses to the South Station and Maiji Mountain. Several popular spicy hotpot restaurants are also within a 10-minute walk. It was late when we arrived in Tianshui. The front desk upgraded the room. The room was large and clean. The toilet was equipped with a toilet seat. The TV was also quite large and could be projected. The next day when we went to Maiji Mountain, it was quite comfortable to lie on the bed and watch documentaries on the projected screen."

It was very quiet at night, so I slept soundly. Full marks, highly recommend! Whether you're here for tourism, a vacation, or a business trip, you absolutely must book this hotel. Seriously, don't try to save a few bucks by staying next door – it was awful!"

Cleanliness: From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless, and even the parking lot security guards clean the area regularly. Environment: The hotel and rooms are comfortable, and the surrounding area is quiet for a restful night. There are numerous transportation options available for exploring the surrounding area. Just outside the lobby is a bus stop, and shared bikes and electric bikes are available nearby. The city rail station is also nearby. Service: The staff are warm and attentive. Whenever I leave the hotel to explore, I always ask if I need mineral water. If I want to visit a scenic spot, the staff patiently and carefully provide recommendations. It's a truly homely experience."

"Worst stay ever! The waiter at the front desk had a arrogant attitude. As soon as I entered the lobby, he told me that breakfast for children would cost 68 yuan extra. We have entered the 21st century. The Chinese people have no shortage of food and 68 yuan. Don't judge your guests by your own standards of value! The facilities in the room are very old. The TV is still a small screen from 10 years ago. There are no sockets at the bedside. There are switches everywhere in the room. To turn off the lights when sleeping, you have to get out of bed and look for switches. The breakfast was average. A woman in her fifties in the restaurant had a cold attitude. When I went to have breakfast after eight o'clock, there was no food and no extra food. The floor and tables were all greasy. All in all, the service and experience of this hotel are not worthy of the price of 470 yuan a night."

Environment: Located on Minzhu Road, it's very close to Zhonghua West Road Pedestrian Street, Tianshui Ancient City, Fuxi Temple, and Hu Family Residence—a convenient 1km walking radius! Facilities: There's a robot for food delivery, the room has smart smart control, fully automatic curtains, a halo mirror, a hairdryer, and a smart toilet. The shower is also new, and the hot water is reliable! The room has a large TV, tea set, electric kettle, electric mosquito repellent, etc. There's parking available. There's a snack shop downstairs, and a must-try spicy hot pot restaurant in the alley. Changji Guagua's main branch is about 350 meters from the pedestrian street. Service: The service is very friendly. You can ask the front desk to issue an extra card for room power access."
