天天催，一個打掃衞生每天敲幾次門，***！！沒通知麻煩不要敲門，應該配合顧客而不是顧客配合阿姨時間！還有前台一天到晚打電話，還來敲門，叫姐，叫**，跟個**一樣，敲門聲很重，搞得來要債一樣，不知道有沒有一點服務意識，這種前台不給差評，説不過去。房間一般般，這種價位也不是很值！

床單上都是黑毛毛，入住的比較晚也沒有服務人員給換，給了一個床單自己換的，也沒有給回饋，衞生間衹有一個可以拿下來的花灑，沒有不能移動的大花灑

國慶出行，除了價格不是很美麗，其他還是很滿意的。
房間體驗：酒店是近兩年剛建立的，房間很新，居住感舒適。
停車體驗：我們是電車自駕出行，門口就有充電樁很便捷。酒店有免費的地下停車庫，電梯直達。自駕的福音。

具體天台山高鐵站，天台山大瀑布很近，打車出行方便，酒店很新，設施完善，相比住在景區附近，這裏更安靜，衞生也有保障。早餐在11樓，餐廳不大，但基本菜品都有。1樓有洗衣機和烘乾機，洗衣服也很方便。

前台服務很好，很熱情，給贈送了伴手禮，咖啡，由於訂的房間不帶早餐，還給免費升級了早餐，房間乾淨整潔，隔音也很好，睡的很舒服，下次來天台還是會來這裏！
