This stay was truly excellent, and I have to commend the front desk service. On the day of check-out, I packed up my belongings in the morning, knowing I had some errands to run in the afternoon. So, I decided to try my luck and ask if a late check-out could be offered free of charge. I didn't hold out much hope, as many hotels charge for late check-outs. To my pleasant surprise, the front desk lady readily agreed, directly extending my check-out until 2 PM for free, without any excuses or additional conditions throughout the process. Honestly, having stayed at so many hotels, getting a late check-out often involves a lot of back-and-forth, either by paying extra or depending on room availability. It's rare to encounter such a straightforward and accommodating response. Moreover, her attitude was exceptionally good, her tone gentle and sincere, making me feel that she wasn't just following procedures but genuinely considering the guests' needs. Later, I sat in the lobby for a while and observed her assisting other guests with the same patience and enthusiasm, always smiling and answering every question. No matter how good a hotel's facilities are, nothing leaves a deeper impression than thoughtful service. Simply because of the front desk's promptness and kindness, my impression of this hotel has soared. Next time I'm in Tiantai, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Such service attitude deserves to be seen and recognized by more people. Highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time, and I have to give a shout-out to the front desk service. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, smiling throughout and speaking very gently, which made me feel good as soon as I walked in. Later, I had a few questions for her, such as where to find good food nearby and the best way to get to attractions. She answered patiently and even proactively recommended some restaurants popular with locals, which was incredibly helpful. Honestly, I've stayed in many hotels, and while many front desk staff are polite, they often give off a feeling of just going through the motions. But the front desk here genuinely puts effort into their service; they don't just mechanically answer questions, but actively help you find solutions from a guest's perspective, which feels very warm. Later, I sat in the lobby for a while and saw her attending to other guests with the same patience and enthusiasm, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. Good hardware facilities are expected in a hotel, but what truly leaves a lasting impression is the warmth of the service. Because of this thoughtful and sincere front desk service, my impression of this hotel went through the roof. The next time I come to Tiantai, this will definitely be my first choice, and I'll recommend it to my friends. This kind of service attitude deserves to be seen and recognized by more people. The hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent – although the variety wasn't extensive, it was enough to fill you up. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear conversations and doors closing in the adjacent rooms.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant! First off, upon entering, the room's layout was simple yet functional, with no unpleasant odors, clean and comfortable. The bedding was high-quality, with subtle woven patterns, giving a cozy and natural feel. The tea set and kettle were clean and easy to use, and there were even small snacks like yogurt provided. The view from the window was also lovely. Secondly, the air conditioning noise was a bit loud. The lowest fan setting was two bars, and you couldn't adjust it any lower, which made it a little noisy at night. Thirdly, the soundproofing near the room entrance wasn't great; conversations in the hallway were very clear. A friendly tip: The mirror above the sink is very bright at night and quite dazzling. You have to long-press the button to turn it off. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a small note, something like, 'Long press the power button to turn off,' to help guests. I had to figure it out myself, and I didn't want to call the front desk late at night, as they're already busy. Also, is there a full-length mirror missing? I hope the hotel continues to improve and thrives!

I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk informed me I could get a free room upgrade upon check-in – what a lovely little bonus on my trip! The upgraded room was much more spacious and had a better view, instantly elevating my stay. This experience truly showed me the hotel's genuine care and hospitality towards its guests. Quality really shines through in the details, and this proactive service left a much deeper impression than any luxurious amenities ever could. I'm incredibly grateful for the hotel's gesture, which added such a wonderful memory to my journey. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and will recommend it to my friends. An absolutely wonderful experience! I'm 78 years old and have 20 years of experience working in 4-star hotels, so I've stayed in many budget and star-rated hotels both domestically and internationally. The facilities here are advanced, high-end, convenient, practical, and made for a warm stay. Especially the breakfast offerings – the chef's skills are on par with a 3 to 4-star hotel. For example, the 8-minute eggs. The stir-fried dishes were perfectly cooked in terms of texture, timing, and flavor… truly excellent. The free coffee and tea in the lobby were also very convenient and great! If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay at Atour Hotel (Maitian) again.

This hotel was a real pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic – Ji Gong's Former Residence is only about 300 meters to the left when you step out, and you can easily walk to Zhexixi Old Street, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was just right, not too soft nor too hard, so I slept soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also good. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and it tasted great too. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. I'd highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

This hotel is just a 3-minute walk to Ji Gong's Former Residence. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a complimentary coffee machine. The breakfast area is also quite large (didn't order breakfast, so no comment there). The front desk staff were polite, courteous, and answered all our questions. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and practical; we could easily open three 20-inch suitcases without feeling cramped. The room had a bench seat, but it could use a cushion and a small table (a movable or wall-mounted folding one would be even better). I couldn't find a mini-fridge. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, an automatic flush toilet, and a shower with great water pressure – very comfortable. The bedding was clean and comfortable (though a bit creased), and the mattress was a medium firmness. Our window faced a small lane, so it was quiet at night. However, the soundproofing between rooms was a bit lacking; if you have early-rising seniors next door, their voices can really carry through...
