Had a fantastic stay. From the welcome drink to checkout, we were well taken care of. We even got an upgrade to a suite, which was great for our family. Appreciated the free non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar. Great view from the room. A wonderful resort for rest and relaxation amid the beauty of Tiantai Shan.
Our package also included a photo shoot with 3 free photos (although we ended up buying additional photos because they turned out so well). The photographer and the make up artist were great. A nice reminder of our trip.

The food of this hotel was delish, there are many variants of food. The bread was amazing,it seems that the menu changes a bit every day. The apple bread is especially awesome, my daughter enjoyed every bread they serve and lots of the cereal, she even ate orange juice and cereal.
The hotels service is amazing, tons of nice people serving you. They even hand you a cup of tea,soup,and a warm towel when you come.
The hotels swimming pool is very clean and always empty.
This hotel looked pretty nice, but the hallways may be creepy for sensitive beings. The hallways were confusing and the overall layout had absolutely no pattern. If you go on one elevator it connects to one place, the other elevator may not connect to the one above. It felt like a complete maze to walk in. My child and my friends child got lost while walking no back to our hotel room. But, if you get used to the environment you can find your way pretty easily.

借這次台州行終於拔草了尚未開業即種草的國內星野首店，酒店選址和環境基本符合野奢概念，當然這也是主要賣點，酒店設計融入禪意，營造出靜和空的避世感，比較符合我的審美。攜程預訂了枕夢大床房，入住時給升級到攬月套房（意外之喜），房間的設施中規中矩，比較不能接受的是沒有咖啡機（可能大堂吧全天供應咖啡和茶就省下了客房配置成本，但想喝杯咖啡就得跑出去也着實不方便）。餐飲方面，自助早餐的確如網上吐槽聲一片的毫無星野品質，每人限量半衹的小青龍用了芝士焗的做法衹能説中規中矩，唯一出彩的是第二天早餐的海鮮烏冬面，大蝦和鮑魚都很新鮮，中餐廳的兩頓晚餐都超預期的好吃，新鮮的食材和出品的口感都很不錯。重點説下服務，第一天入住後好幾個小細節都讓我這個酒店控很不舒服，1⃣️我讓送水果的服務生小哥幫忙指導放在床頭櫃上的電話（其實電話是壞的）如何使用，他一邊説他也不會一邊就一屁股坐在床頭研究起電話；2⃣️後來發現床頭枱燈也有點問題，前台安排維修人員來修，結果維修人員居然自己打開房門走進來了；3⃣️晚餐時點了罐啤酒，上來後過了十分鐘都沒有給到啤酒杯，提醒服務生後還一臉茫然地看着我們。説完差的，再説點好的，因為隊友身體突發狀況去前台求助有沒有應急葯，前台經理立馬跑回辦公室找出了她自備的中成葯給我應急，後面又安排同事去山下小鎮買了葯送過來，還讓餐飲部送來了蜂蜜水，我去中餐廳晚餐時已經備好了白粥和佐菜讓我帶回房間給病號吃，非常感謝酒店的這些暖心舉動。

國慶錯峯遊，時隔四年再次來了星野，服務卻沒有當年的好，可能因為假期人多，忙不過來吧。餐廳的正餐還是一如既往的沒話説😋。但沒想到還有意外驚喜“旅拍”。幫老媽拍了一套，説是簡修，拿到的成片不管濾鏡、人像都修的很到位。太讚了

1.酒店極致壓縮成本運營中，體現在方方面面，前台，泳池服務和管理……不一一例舉了
2.硬件不錯，軟件一言難盡，部分員工確實偏業餘，不符合標準
3.居然遇到了客房失竊，雖然被偷的不是什麼貴重物品，但是30號晚上的值班經理的一句“我相信我們的員工，感謝你的反饋”，也是讓人大為震撼……
4.真的是除了酒店名字，和星野集團應該是一點關係都沒有了。

房間有升級，酒店的硬件很不錯，風景很好，説一下我體驗的失望點：1.設定的那些項目都時間偏短，建議要不就直接寫實際時間，本來我計劃了一天的體驗，因為比如冥想是寫的1小時，但是實際衹有15min不到，八段錦寫的30min，實際也是10min，如果我早知道是這樣，我根本就不會空時間來專門規劃了，服了。2.做個香囊，外面的那個布袋子也沒了，衹有個薄的內袋，要不你就取消這個項目吧，也很失望。3.早餐實在是很簡單很簡單，2天都是那個一人一份的龍蝦麪，第二天我真的慶幸我衹定了2晚上，不然我都不知道吃什麼了。4.晚餐預訂了馬肉，馬肉質感很好，服務員的專業程度及格分吧最多，鍋端上來，我去問是不是要點火，來點的火，改了蓋子，我都看冒白煙了，我又走到服務員那邊問，是不是可以煮了，服務員説，好，我來開蓋子。我也不知道這是啥服務5.然後大半夜晚上房間傳來很大聲異響，打電話給前台，中途等了20+分鐘，又打電話前台，似乎沒交接，不知道發生了啥，又説一遍，又在大晚上等了10分鐘。6.退房，提前一天問能不能給個晚退房，要我當天早上來問前台（第二天房態是看不到？？），還説到時候不行就直接就説不延，不受這種氣，我10點就直接退了，退房也有插曲，我以為那個黑色皮套是紀念品，我退房就把房卡退給前台了，然後前台接過卡，又把手伸出來了，我當時真的非常無語，要不你們還是用紙質的吧，如果我知道我的皮套是萬人摸過的，我也不會用的。總之，硬件90+，軟件（含服務，內容設定等）我覺得及格分都很勉強給吧。
