首先説明一下，我是酒店人，所以要求比其他人可能要嚴格一點，房間不算大，但是基本夠一家兩口子帶小朋友入住。進酒店以後我首先詢問的就是空調，得到的答案很準確。前台收銀給我的感覺就是很耐心。而且工作的時候能夠分清楚輕重緩急。非常的不錯。前台整體物品擺放也很整齊，加分。進入樓道，臟布草沒有亂扔，而是卷好堆放整齊，加分。床上及房間很整齊，符合要求。第二天看見客房服務員，主動打招呼，而且着裝整齊，加分。缺陷有幾點，第一，水温不夠熱。第二空調製熱速度比較慢。第三，衞生間門把手壞了，有割傷的隱患。第四，房間內衹有一把椅子，可以的話可增加矮凳一把。第五，布草毛邊了，可以適當更換了。總體來説，75分

酒店所在的樓宇部份樓層有足浴店故此人流會較多，附近多餐飲店舖，酒店本身沒有停車場要停在路邊收費停車位。
酒店服務員工快速和專業，房間乾淨企理衛生間干濕分離，但毛巾太殘舊了，整體表現都可以。
