超級差評，定的17層，給到18層，還要單獨走樓梯沒有電梯，拿行李超級不方便，屋裡麪晾着床單被罩，非常潮，床上面還有殘留的頭髮，，浴巾也不乾淨，老闆服務非常差，給的入住指示訊息也都不準確，都別住了

房間挺大，也挺乾淨的，描述真實，設備齊全。
樓下可以免費停車，但是要自己找車位。
小區周圍有很多很多餐廳，感覺哪家都不錯。
建議老闆可以錄一個入住指引的小視頻，或者圖片指引，現在人社恐的多，自助入住不求人。

太惡劣了，12點退房早上8點就過來打掃房間，飲料不小心撒到被上了非説我們是故意的，還裝心臟病犯了，微信上溝通更是直接侮辱人，被單臟了要我賠償我要個發票立馬急了，大家想訂房的自己看看聊天記錄，我作為消費者不讓我躺床上喝飲料😂，搞笑了，第一次體驗鐵嶺的風土人情了

房間特別的乾淨整潔，屋裡採光很好，一次性用品齊全，設施人性化相當到位，房東姐姐很熱情，房間彩色裝修風格也是我最喜歡的地方！

空調漏水浴缸沒有接水的地方要自己接水吹風筒不好用服務很次找房子找了半天吃剩的外賣袋子讓自己拿下去我自己拿要保潔幹啥位置挺偏反正我找了半天
