El propio “staff” hace mucho ruido durante la noche. La cocina aparece sucia, con calzado tirado y llena de platos sucios del día anterior.
No se respeta en absoluto las horas en las que mantener silencio y respetar a los huéspedes.
A pesar de ser la elección más económica no es en absoluto recomendable por los propios trabajadores.

I had the best time of my life in La casa encantada. Una casa encantada de verdad. I met so many people on the first day and they became my friends. Excellent staff always friendly and available. Felt at home. I want yo go back liss it already. If you come to La Palma, there is where you want to go. More than definitely recommend. Sarah Macias. Love to La casa encantada and the team.

El colchón podría ser mejor, pero la escalera de la litera no fue fácil. Sin embargo el buen rollo entre el staff y los huéspedes fue lo mejor. Ambiente excelente y muy acogedor. Los aguacates y naranjas (no de supermercado y de cortesía) deliciosos!

Estuvimos durmiendo 4 noches, en un habitación doble, sin ninguna ventilación, con un ventilador y plagada de garrapatas. Hablamos con los voluntarios y con el jefe de la casa, les comunicamos que queremos cambiar de habitación, pero nos dicen que lo tienen todo lleno y que seguramente las garrapatas las hemos traido nosatras.😳. Lugar nada recomendable, a parte de la habitación, la cocina, los baños; es decir las zonas comunes, no estan limpias. No os recomiendo que durmais más de una noche.
