Hotel America

The staff are quite nice and communication is easy. The room was spacious and the location was convenient, there is a 24-hour pharmacy which is walkable as well as restaurants near by.

I had to be switched to a different room because the toilet was broken and noticed that the sink was cracked. Then in new room the TV control didn't work, had to have staff lady switch it out, this was in the afternoon, once we came back to the room in the evening and wanted to watch some TV the volume of control wouldn't work had to adjust on actual TV side buttons. Also in this other room, the safe in the room did not work asked the guy at front desk and he said that he couldn't help with that because it was the lady that helped with the TV controller that could helo with the safe and she had gone home for the evening. The bed was hard and small and then on Monday morning they started to do construction on the place so we just decided not to stay the extra night and just left like around 130pm. At the front desk at checkout the lady couldn't find the cash deposit that I had given in cash to the guy that checked me in and had to wait until she called him to find out where he had put it to find it so she could give it back to me. So basically my checkout was not quick nor too easy, unfortunately. The thing I did like was the breakfast and staff at breakfast.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. But today they knocked on my door telling me to get out since it's 12:10PM. I hurried to check-out. There was this couple who check-out at 12:45PM. Have I just seen preferential treatment here?

I have stayed at this hotel several times already and have been asking the hotel to mark those uneven walk-ways with yellow-stripes on black strips or paint, TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL TRIPPINGS especially at night. I have peripheral vision challenge! This probably will be my last stay at this hotel. SAD!

I ask the front desk if I can change room because of the noise and he was rude and said no and I also told I will pay for upgrade and he started raising voice at me. I would never stay there ever or recommend this hotel

Great place to rest and relax for an extended stay. Quiet but just 2 blocks from Revu. Breakfast included everyday, and great housekeeping staff.
