The water flow was too low, but the service staff were friendly.

Horrible hotel, impossible smell, air conditioning not working. And the additional deposit is more than the cost of the room, which is not written anywhere on trip.com

I woulda moved in forever if I could have! Such a beautiful property, staff and amenities! This was a last minute trip while visiting the west coast from SC so of course I took the leap for my 1st time in Tijuana. We felt very safe and welcomed, even the crazy celebrations brought a positive happy vibe and not a neuissance- so happy to have experienced it at this lovely hotel! Much love and until next time when I come back for dental work and stem cell therapy

hot tub: it turned our skin and nails green because it looks like there is copper leaching from the pipes. There’s a big copper stain in the corner. As a health inspector, I know that leading occurs when there is a fluctuation of chemicals.
Japanese restaurant is really good. The staff is really nice, helpful and professional. The breakfast included for the tower is decent. It would’ve been nice to enjoy the breakfast at the main hotel included, considering that the tower is so expensive. My room was very clean and nicely decorated.
I definitely enjoyed my stay. I will go back.
